As a Customer Advisor, you will be expected to provide good customer service throughout your day, whether you're working on the tills, the shop floor and in our cafe/ice-cream shop. You will be required to ensure good health and safety within the store for both your colleagues and the customers. Some tasks will include stocking shelves, date checks, cleaning tasks, newspaper and magazine returns and preparing hot and cold food. This role may involve some lone working.
Responsibilities
- Completing sales on tills.
- Packing, stocking and performing stock rotation on shelves.
- Cleaning tasks including mopping and brushing the floor.
- Processing parcels, PayPoint transactions and lottery.
- Serving ice-cream, and preparing hot and cold food.
- Preparing Carrick Eats orders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good Maths and English.
- Fully flexible, shifts will be between 7am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
