As a trainee Recruitment Consultant you can play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in suitable positions. This entry level role offers full mentoring and training to assist and guide you fully develop the skills required for building a successful career in recruitment.

Responsibilities- Learn and understand the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Conduct candidate searches using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and in house CRM System.
- Screen candidate applications to identify qualified candidates for specific roles.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop job descriptions and candidate specifications.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insight to clients and candidates.
- Answering incoming calls, deal with public, register candidates, ensure compliance is completed to standard. Enter data onto in-house computer system.
- Strong admin background.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Previous experience of working with the public is essential.
- Excellent Telephone manner.
- 2 years experience in administration.
Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
