The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

This role involves receiving orders and then processing them, while also paying close attention to ensure everything is going through as agreed. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the agreed standard of information flow required between Order Processing Dept & Field Sales Executives to ensure production of accurate Sales Orders, Jobsheets & Purchase Orders, including an agreed maximum turnaround.
  • Ensure customer orders are scheduled and processed in a timely manner and in line with the company’s customer service standards.
  • Receive customer orders from the Sales team or web orders and enter all relevant information onto the Sage order processing system.
  • Communicate directly with customers that their order has been received & they will be e-mailed with relevant Sales Order & Jobsheet within 2 days.
  • Check processed orders to ensure accuracy of data input.
  • Work with the sales team to process orders correctly.
  • Work with the graphics team to create the imagery for the order.
  • Work to deadlines to process orders.
  • Liaise with the sales manager on all orders.

Skills and Qualifications

No previous experience required as training will be provided for this role.

Further Information

  • Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
  • Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
  • Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
