We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and communication, and who is eager to help grow our company's presence across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Create and send marketing emails and newsletters using Mailchimp.
- Manage contact lists, design templates, and track campaign performance.
- Design and schedule engaging social media posts using Canva for platforms like Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage a TikTok account, including developing short video content that promotes our services and showcases our projects.
- Reach out to architects, builders and other industry professionals to introduce our services and explore potential collaborations.
- Support the sales team by following up on leads and maintaining client relationships.
- Assist with online marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotional materials.
- Help organise and maintain marketing files, photos and project materials.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
- Experience or interest in social media marketing and content creation.
- Comfortable using Mailchimp or willing to learn.
- Experience in the construction, architecture or design industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or CRM tools.
Further Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
