The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

This position is crucial for maintaining organisational resilience by alleviating the administrative strain on the existing Administrator, allowing for a focus on high-level financial compliance and complex grant acquisition. The role bolsters the organisation by supporting the Advice & Welfare team and various Individual Empowerment programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out core administrative functions, including maintaining electronic and physical filing systems and managing communication logs.
  • Oversee office supplies and basic resource management for The Wolfhill Centre.
  • Provide direct administrative back-up to the Advice & Welfare Outreach Assistant, ensuring client records are accurate and confidential.
  • Manage logistical requirements for training groups, including preparing materials for OCN Level 2 Community Development and Essential Skills classes.
  • Book venues and coordinate with external training providers.
  • Assist the CEO with inputting and compiling data related to participant numbers for internal monitoring and external reporting.
  • Prepare and format internal communications, notices, and programme flyers to ensure consistency with LIA branding.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Foundational skills in general office administration and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding logistical programme management and data input.
  • Proficiency in multi-format data management and tracking information across various platforms.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and follow data protection protocols.
  • Effective communication skills for creating clear and professional notices and flyers.
  • Basic knowledge of layout and design for creating programme materials.

Further Information

Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
