The Marketing Apprentice role is an entry-level position designed to introduce the participant to digital marketing, content creation, and creative media in a supportive and supervised environment. The role will provide hands-on experience across social media, websites, basic design, and video content, while supporting day-to-day marketing activity. The focus of the role is learning, skills development, and employability, with responsibilities increasing gradually as confidence and competence develop.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with basic digital marketing tasks across websites and social media platforms.
- Supporting the creation of written, visual, and video content for digital platforms.
- Helping with the scheduling and publishing of content across social media and websites.
- Assisting with simple graphic design and image editing using templates and guidance.
- Supporting basic video editing and formatting for short-form digital content.
- Helping with simple campaign planning and performance tracking.
- Carrying out basic research to support marketing and content activity.
- Assisting with email marketing preparation and basic reporting.
- Learning how to use marketing, design, video, and content management tools under supervision.
- Participating in training, mentoring, and regular feedback sessions.
