The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

The Marketing, Quality and Business Process Support Worker will support the effective running of Specialisterne NI services for neurodivergent people. The worker will work across business functions to ensure optimal delivery of programmes which are co‐designed with autistic and neurodivergent people.

Responsibilities:

  • Representing Specialisterne NI at career fairs.
  • Social media support, including posting across social media in relation to neurodiversity and Specialisterne NI services.
  • Customer service, responding to enquiries online and in person.
  • Support of programme delivery, liaising with the team to collate updates regarding programme progress and delivery.
  • Collating participant feedback and supporting the feedback/delivery loop.
  • Liaising with corporate clients, partners and suppliers.
  • Maintaining records in relation to all project activity, in line with Specialisterne NI quality standards and GDPR regulations.
  • Ongoing learning related to the role.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 A levels (C grade or higher) or equivalent.
  • GCSE Maths and English (C Grade or higher) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated interest in Autism and/or neurodivergent conditions.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, Email etc.
  • Use of social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Organisational and planning ability.
  • Willingness to undertake training as required.
  • Flexible to work outside normal working hours on occasions.
  • Study in subjects of relevance to the role.
  • Experience in the VCSE sector.
  • Experience in liaising with business stakeholders.
  • Experience in documentation of work according to quality standards.
  • Experience in use of Canva or related marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Autism and/or neurodivergent conditions.
  • General knowledge of quality standards and required procedures.
  • Skills in numeracy and Excel.
  • Skilled at multi-tasking.
  • Detail-oriented.

Further Information:

  • Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
  • Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
  • Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
