We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Engineer to join our IT team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone beginning their IT career and provides hands-on experience in supporting technology across our business. You will work under supervision to assist with IT tasks, resolving basic technical issues, and maintaining system performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to employees for IT-related issues (hardware, software, network).
- Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Assist with installation, configuration and setup of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Help maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform routine system updates and patching.
- Document issues and solutions or escalate more complex problems to senior engineers.
- Support the maintenance of hardware inventory and asset tracking.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting and connectivity checks.
- Follow IT policies and maintain confidentiality of systems and data.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Job Start Opportunity - Working Hours Information:
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
