We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly individual to join the Exsto team as an Administrative & Customer Service Assistant. You’ll play a key role in supporting our gym members and online customers - handling day-to-day admin tasks, responding to messages and emails, and keeping our systems running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and being part of a positive, driven team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and member enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Support gym membership setup, renewals, and class bookings.
  • Help manage online store orders, returns, and customer updates.
  • Maintain organised spreadsheets and internal records.
  • Assist with inventory checks and product packaging when required.
  • Help coordinate PT Academy enrolments and student communication.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Great communicator - written and verbal.
  • Confident using computers and social platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation.
  • Interest in health, fitness, or fashion is a plus (but not essential).
  • Reliable and eager to learn new skills.

Further Information

Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
