The CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimising our CRM system to support director/consultants in marketing, sourcing candidates, updating current clients and candidates. This role involves ensuring data integrity, volume data capture, attention to detail and consistency. Telephone work shall be involved when reaching out to candidates to update details to ensure streamlined searches. Basic reception duties, greeting visitors coming into the office.
The successful applicant shall be mentored and fully trained on the CRM system, giving ongoing guidance and support to enhance their operational understanding of the system.
Responsibilities- Working on in-house recruitment software, handling volume data input, updating information.
- Contacting candidates via the system and updating their files.
- Telephoning candidates to update their details on the system.
- Performing candidate searches via the system.
- Sending multiple messages via the system to promote job opportunities.
- Greeting visitors to the office, offering refreshments.
- Handling documentation related to their visit.
- Ensuring front of house is kept clean and tidy for visitors coming into the office.
- Ensuring persons are compliant with in-house documentation and updating same onto the system.
- Answering phone and overseeing marketing emails via the CRM system.
- Contacting persons via advertising platforms.
- Typing, updating and maintaining databases.
- Providing excellent customer service, creating a positive first impression, and handling inquiries with professionalism are key.
- Strong admin background.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Possess the ability to build rapport, remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
- A strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software is essential for efficient task management and communication.
- 2 years' experience in administration.
Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
