Responsibilities:- Managing and updating the company CRM system.
- Organising digital files, project documentation and business records.
- Supporting client communication and customer service tasks.
- Completing data entry and maintaining Excel trackers.
- Assisting with scheduling, diary management and workflow planning.
- Preparing templates, reports, documents and internal updates.
- Creating simple graphics or content using Canva.
- Recording project notes and organising key information.
- Learning and applying AI tools to streamline admin and operations.
- Bringing ideas, offering improvements and contributing to system development.
- Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and supporting day-to-day operations.
