GLO TANNING LOUNGE LTD is looking for a Front Desk / Customer Services Associate to join our team. This role is essential to creating a clean, welcoming, and positive experience for every customer. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in cleanliness, and is happy to support the team wherever needed.
As a GLO staff member, you will assist customers at the front desk, prepare and clean tanning beds, stock products, and help maintain a spotless and organized salon environment.
Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist clients.
- Clean and sanitize tanning beds and rooms thoroughly between each use.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organisation of the salon.
- Stock and organise retail products, supplies.
- Assist other team members as needed during busy periods.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.
- Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and cleaning duties.
