The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.

Loughgiel Community Association is a community-focused organisation dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families in rural areas through a wide variety of initiatives such as education, health and social support.

You will provide daily support to the office team primarily and to the wider teams on site, this will involve handling phone calls, taking messages and contacting other staff members. You will organise and maintain a filing system and respond to queries and questions about services we provide. You will also manage administrative functions including records, budgeting, correspondence, and reporting. Other tasks will include coordinating community projects and developing initiatives, serving as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns, organising community events and supporting the team in writing funding applications and resource allocation. You will also maintain compliance with local regulations and guidelines.

This position will require an AcessNI security clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Draft and distribute correspondence, newsletters, and notices.
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Document Management - Handle confidential information securely.
