The Pool Team Assistant will work alongside the pool and spa team to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the pool team in keeping all pool areas, changing rooms, and surrounding facilities clean, tidy, and safe for guests.
  • Assist with the organisation and tidiness of plant rooms, storage areas, and poolside equipment.
  • Support the team with daily operational tasks and assist other departments when required.
  • Report any damaged equipment, fixtures, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • On-the-job mentoring from experienced pool and spa staff.
  • Gain practical experience in pool operations, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.

Further Information:

  • Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
