The Laundry & Linen Team Assistant will work as part of the laundry team to help ensure all linen and laundry items are cleaned, pressed, and prepared to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Observe and assist with the safe operation of laundry equipment under supervision.
- Assist the laundry team with sorting, washing, pressing, and preparing linen for use across the hotel.
- Follow instructions from the laundry manager and team leaders to complete daily tasks.
- Help maintain laundry facilities and work areas in a clean, tidy, and organised manner.
- Mentoring and guidance from experienced laundry staff.
- Opportunity to develop teamwork, organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Introduction to professional standards, health and safety, and hygiene practices in hospitality.
- Willingness to learn.

- Recent experience in a similar role.
Additional Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
