Assist with the day-to-day administration, scheduling and client communication for active projects. Learn how to manage digital systems, support project coordination and maintain accurate records in a busy and friendly office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and project teams.
  • Schedule meetings, deliveries and site visits as directed.
  • Maintain and update project documentation.
  • Prepare reports, invoices and quotations under supervision.
  • Assist with client communications via phone, email and social media.
  • Support the coordination of active projects by tracking progress and updates.
  • Ensure a tidy, organised and efficient office environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good basic computer skills such as typing.
  • Accuracy in record keeping.

Further Information

Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
