The successful candidate will carry out a range of administrative activities such as organising digital documents and maintaining paper-based records as well as interact with customers, suppliers and internal staff via calls and emails.
Responsibilities
- Office Administration and Organisation: The participant will learn how to manage filing systems, organise documents, and maintain both digital and paper-based records effectively.
- Communication and Customer Interaction: They will develop professional communication skills through handling calls, responding to emails, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Data Entry and Information Management: The participant will gain experience in accurate data input, spreadsheet updates, and maintaining internal databases to support operational reporting.
- Scheduling and Coordination: They will learn to assist with booking meetings, updating calendars, arranging appointments, and supporting the coordination of programmes and activities.
- Document Preparation and Basic Reporting: The participant will develop skills in producing simple documents, forms, attendance sheets, and activity reports using standard office software.
- IT and Digital Skills Development: They will gain confidence using office software such as Word, Excel, email systems, and internal digital tools essential to administrative operations.

- Previous coaching experience in any administration role.
Further Information
- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.
- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.
