Key Responsibilities
• Daily care of poultry, including feeding, health checks, and climate control
• Egg collection, grading, and packing
• Maintaining hygiene and biosecurity standards throughout the farm
• Pressure washing of farm buildings, poultry houses, tools, and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining outdoor areas, ensuring the farm remains tidy and safe
• Operating scanners, tablets, and other digital tools for record keeping
• Following health & safety procedures and farm guidelines
• Assisting with other general farm duties as needed
Training & Support
• Full training provided on-site
• Instruction in using high-pressure cleaning equipment and biosecurity procedures

• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
• A valid full UK driving licence is mandatory (due to travel between farms)
• Willingness to perform physical labour, including tasks in humid or variable temperatures

• Flexibility to work on weekends or on a rotating schedule
