We are recruiting for the position of a Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are building a category leader and looking for ambitious self starters to join our mission.

Your tasks:

  • You own all performance marketing activities for your market(s), including strategizing, planning, budgeting, executing, and reporting on all performance activities.
  • Optimize Return on ad spend (ROAS), plan how to best allocate budget, and identify opportunities for expansion & scaling new and existing performance marketing channels.
  • Manage Paid Search, Social, Display and Video performance marketing campaigns for your market(s), from launch, to optimization and reporting.
  • Be accountable for reaching our aggressive growth targets in terms of quantity, quality, spend and efficiencies for all the markets in your portfolio.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders including our Creative Studio, Data teams, Product/Tech team and project managers to support the improvement of the customer experience across the full funnel.
  • Conduct regular research to understand your audience, find inspiration for top-notch campaigns and pitch campaigns that capture the attention of the target audience.
  • Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, landing pages, incentives, and more.
  • Who you are:

  • 4+ years of B2C Marketing experience in a fast-growth company.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Google and Facebook Ads experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO or any other marketing channels/tools is a plus.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment: you get bored with routine and crave for knowledge and new experiences.
  • Excellent communicator, creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Hustler mentality: you get your hands dirty and do what it takes to bring results.
  • Comfortable working towards challenging targets and deadlines.
