We have an exciting opportunity for an Audiologist to join our Nelson Clinic. This role includes supporting clinics across the Nelson-Tasman region, so travel is required and a full driver's license with your own transport is essential. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic hearing tests and assessments.
  • Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and related devices.
  • Provide ongoing client care, including follow-up appointments and rehabilitation support.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with company protocols.
  • Educate clients on hearing health and device use.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with reporting and identify opportunities for clinic growth.

About you:

  • Master's Degree in Audiology (or equivalent qualification recognized by MNZAS).
  • MNZAS membership (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong clinical standards and adherence to protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and commitment to client care.
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability.
