About you

- Is driven, motivated, and enthusiastic about starting or developing a career in IT
- Takes ownership of tasks and enjoys seeing problems through to resolution
- Can work under their own guidance, using initiative while knowing when to ask for help
- Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing positively
- Is confident, clearly spoken, and able to communicate with people at different technical levels
- Has a genuine interest in technology and a basic understanding of IT systems and support principles
Hours
This role will be full time 35 hours per week in our Lockington Hall office.
Salary £24,500 - £26,500 per annum. Salary offered will be based on experience. Bonuses are paid in addition to this.
Benefits
Our team members can develop their career in a supportive environment and access a wide range of benefits, including flexible working, compressed working week, pension contributions, a health cash plan and bike‑to‑work scheme.
