Responsibilities
- The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent provides high-level administrative, organizational, and communication support to the Superintendent and School Board, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination across the district.
- This role manages calendars, meetings, correspondence, and sensitive information with discretion, supports School Board processes and compliance, and collaborates with the Communications Team to maintain clear, consistent messaging.
- The Executive Assistant helps align priorities, fosters positive relationships with staff, leadership, Board members, and the community, and contributes to the implementation of Superintendent and Board initiatives.
Hours Per Day
Full-time position, 12 months per year. Includes occasional evening and weekend duties.
Compensation
Current pay rate per 25-26. Starting July 1st, salary will increase in accordance with a new Terms and Conditions agreement.
