Location: Headcorn, Kent
Salary: £28,000 to £38,000 plus bonus and overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700, Permanent

The Role
As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you'll be responsible for producing precision sheet metal components to exact specifications. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- - Bending, forming, fabricating and finishing sheet metal components.
- - Manufacturing parts to customer specifications and engineering drawings.
- - Deburring, drilling and assembling fabricated components.
- - Carrying out spot welding on bespoke products when required.
- - Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and production deadlines.
- - Working safely and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- - Proven experience working with fine limit sheet metal.
- - Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes.
- - The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- - Experience with deburring, drilling and spot welding.
- - Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
- - A keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
- - LVD CNC Press Brake
- - Power-assisted rollers
- - Power guillotines
- - TIG welding
