What You'll Be Doing:
- Support Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
- Explain mathematical concepts and strengthen problem-solving skills
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and learning resources
- Encourage academic confidence and independent thinking
- Track pupil progress and identify areas requiring additional support
