- Providing day-to-day pastoral support for Year 10 girls
- Building positive relationships and listening carefully to pupils' concerns
- Supporting attendance, behaviour and engagement in school
- Helping pupils respond constructively xgikmsk to challenges and maintain clear expectations
- Working with teaching and pastoral colleagues to coordinate appropriate support
- Recording concerns and following the school's safeguarding and reporting procedures
