As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers, support pupils in and out of the classroom, and gain first-hand insight into school life. You'll receive guidance from skilled educators, develop your confidence working with young people and build the practical skills that universities and training providers simply can't teach. Many graduates use this experience as a stepping stone into teacher training, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, SEND, youth work and other child-focused professions.
