What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, or speech & language challenges
• Assisting with classroom tasks to ensure lessons are accessible for all pupils
• Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external specialists
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence and social skills
• Supporting sensory, emotional and behavioural regulation in line with EHCPs
• Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Profile:
• Graduate with a 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education or a related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children with SEN (voluntary or paid) is highly desirable
• Empathetic, calm, and committed to inclusive education
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
• Looking to gain valuable experience before pursuing further study or training in SEN, therapy, or education
