Secondary Teaching Assistant – Graduate Route to Teaching
Salary: £95–£110 per day | Full academic year | Term-time only
Location: Enfield, North London (EN1)
Start Date: Immediate start – Full academic year commitment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting classroom teachers across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
- Working closely with the SENDCo to implement personalised interventions
- Delivering 1:1 and small group academic support sessions
- Supporting students with SEN and additional needs
- Helping to create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate
- A graduate (2:1 or above) with strong A-levels
- Clear ambition to go into teaching or educational support
- Professional, proactive, and highly reliable
- Experience working with young people or in education is advantageous
- Available full-time until July 2026
