What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and outside agencies
- Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to support plans
- Helping create a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Ideal candidate:
- Psychology graduate with strong academics (2:1 or above preferred)
