What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and outside agencies
  • Monitoring pupil progress and contributing to support plans
  • Helping create a calm, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Ideal candidate:

  • Psychology graduate with strong academics (2:1 or above preferred)
  • Genuine passion for SEN, mental health, and child development
