What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis within KS2 classrooms
  • Assisting pupils with complex needs in the inclusion hub
  • Helping to implement EHCP targets under teacher/SENCo guidance
  • Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Monitoring and feeding back on student progress
  • Promoting pupil confidence, participation, and independence

Ideal Learning Support Assistant For this Westminster School:
