- Prepare and cook fresh, homemade dishes from scratch
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Work confidently and independently when required
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
- Manage allergens and dietary requirements confidently
- Work closely with the wider restaurant team to deliver a great customer experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Chef role
- Passion for fresh, homemade and scratch cooking
- Confident working independently and running a kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen management
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for a variety of world foods and cuisines
- Food Hygiene certification is highly desirable
- Good knowledge and interest in international/world cuisine
- High standard of spoken and written English
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
- £16 per hour
- 48 hours per week
