Academic Mentor – Secondary School in Tower Hamlets

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing individual and small-group academic support across key subjects
- Helping students develop study skills, revision techniques, and confidence
- Encouraging positive learning habits and engagement in lessons
- Assisting teachers with intervention strategies and tracking student progress
- Supporting students with SEN or additional learning needs as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Psychology graduate, or someone with a similar degree and career aspirations
- Patient, encouraging, and passionate about helping students succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience mentoring or tutoring young people desirable
- Committed to full-time, term-time work until July 2026
