This is an office based job, working in a very fast paced environment and would suit someone who who is adaptable and able to think on their feet. Previous experience in a busy environment is required, whether it is from hospitality or from an office based customer service role. You will need to have good IT skills and be able to pick up new systems quickly. You will be joining a close-knit team, where all individuals work together to meet business goals and where your contribution is truly recognised. You will be provided with thorough, on-going training for the role, to ensure you have the required tools to succeed and provide first class customer service to clients.
