About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to provide administrative support across sales, business development, compliance and general business operations.
This is a flexible part‑time opportunity, ideally suited to someone looking for 20 - 25 hours per week.
Hours can be arranged around your availability, including school hours if preferred.
The office is open from 7am-5.30pm and hours must be worked within these hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales and business development team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, trackers and opportunity pipelines.
- Research potential clients, contacts and future business opportunities.
- Ability to search tender portals to highlight opportunities and liaise with the business development team
- Assist with preparing quotations, presentations and other sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, files and databases.
- Support client communications and general business correspondence.
- Assist with maintaining company compliance records, documentation and processes.
- Ensure required documents and records are kept up to date and readily accessible.
- Coordinate information between internal teams and external contacts.
- Provide general administrative support to Directors and wider management.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other office administration as required.
- Experience of working in the construction sector ideal but not essential
About You
- Highly organised and detail-focused.
- Confident communicating by phone and email.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining spreadsheets/records.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Comfortable handling complex information and compliance documentation.
- Ideally experienced in sales administration.
