The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in matching tenants with suitable properties while delivering outstanding customer service to landlords and applicants alike.
You'll be responsible for managing the lettings process from enquiry through to completion, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Register applicants and match them with suitable properties.
Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and applicants.
Generate new business by winning instructions and bringing new properties to the market.
Carry out market appraisals and rental valuations.
Provide expert advice on the local lettings market and current legislation.
Maintain accurate records of property listings, enquiries and transactions.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Stay informed of market trends and industry best practice.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lettings Negotiator.
Proven experience in generating new business and winning instructions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
