We are delighted to be supporting a well-established travel and logistics business in Poole in their search for an organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract .
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration or rewards/benefits administration experience who enjoys working autonomously and takes pride in high-quality, accurate work.
The successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive HR function and report directly to the Group Payroll HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities Managing the busy HR shared inbox.
Processing HR post and documentation received through the HR post office mailbox.
Updating and maintaining the HR system with complete accuracy.
Coordinating leave and sickness processing with managers and forwarding correct information to payroll.
Producing data extractions for pension administration and death-in-service insurance contracts.
Supporting the administration of rewards and benefits programmes.
Handling general HR administrative tasks and resolving outstanding issues as instructed by the HR Business Partner or Payroll team.
