Our well established client is looking for a Claims Advisor to join their friendly team. You will be providing a service to clients throughout the company, offering guidance, support and assistance to them. Once trained, the successful candidate will have the option to work from home up to 3 days a week. Responsibilities are varied and Include: Dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and in person from clients, colleagues and insurers. Ensuring customer service levels are maintained or exceeded. Ensuring all documentation is accurately produced and distributed to clients. Accurately document all instructions/conversations with clients. Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, loss adjusters and other third parties To recognise and act upon a client’s insurance needs. Negotiate with insurers to provide the best solution for clients Develop and maintain a good understanding of client industries, businesses and risks.
