About the Person

  • We are looking for an experienced Benefit Officer who can hit the ground running.
  • Who is a dedicated team player and has the ability to assess all Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction claims.
  • Has great communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Can efficiently prioritise workloads and has a flexible approach.
  • Has experience with Benefits systems preferably NEC.
