Are you passionate about making a positive impact on residents’ lives? Do you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills? We are looking for an experienced Leasehold and Service Charge Manager to take ownership of rent and service charge planning, ensuring charges are validated and reconciled accurately, compliant and with clear communication to our tenants and leaseholders.
The Role
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the annual plan in relation to rents and service charge calendar. Working alongside housing management colleagues you will directly manage the Rents & Service Charge Analyst and ensure that high quality services are provided internally and externally. You will lead on Section 20 statutory consultation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and that leaseholders get value for money.
Who we’re looking for
- Significant and recent leaseholder and rent experience within a social housing environment at management level
- You will provide operational expertise and advice for the delivery of the Leaseholder and Rent service, delivering exemplary services in compliance with relevant regulation and legislation including reporting.
- Experience of managing complex cases in relation to leaseholder policies
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
