Adoption West is seeking an Adoption Support Worker to join the Adoption Support Helpdesk. You will answer enquiries, provide information on adoption support services and undertake initial assessments for adoptive families across the region.
The role includes assisting families in crisis, signposting to external services, and liaising with the Senior Practitioner and Manager on a daily basis. DBS check is required before appointment.
