Our client is a well established and respected organisation within Taunton. They are looking to appoint a proactive individual to take on the role of Events Manager. The main responsiblities of this role will include to manage and maximise additional sources of revenue by acting as the point of contact for all events and facilities lettings enquiries, event planning, preparation and being the main point of contact for all events. This includes conferences, weddings, and other lettings. Provide administrative support for the annual sports Festivals Support leads on residential, holiday, and sports/music/drama camps Source, negotiate and manage sponsorship opportunities to create income sponsorship and develop relationships with partners Manage events and bookings calendar Ensuring appropriate billing and follow-up, working closely with the Finance Office.
