Due to the growth and success of the business, our client has created an opportunity for a Sales Account Administrator to join their small friendly team based in Wiveliscombe, Somerset. The suitable candidate must like and thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and be able to look at the finer details. This role would require you to deliver high standards of advice and customer service expected from a prestigous account. Responsibilities: The role will involve talking to and assisting customers from both sides of our B2C & B2B business to help process sales orders and provide customer service to the highest level. You will need to demonstrate a strong professional, confident, knowledgeable telephone manner with excellent follow-up service to all customer’s queries and needs.
