In the heart of Hammersmith and Fulham, a fantastic Primary School are on the hunt for multiple Unqualified Teaching Assistants (Level 3) for ASAP starts.
What shall you be doing as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant
- Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
- Support pupils with Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
- Maintain a calm, structured and nurturing classroom.
- Support personal care and daily routines where required.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and engagement.
- Build trusting and positive relationships with pupils.
- Work closely with teachers and wider professionals.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Unqualified Teaching Assistant
- Teaching Assistant - Unqualified
- £105 - £120 per day
- Working with a range of mild SEN: Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia
- Specialist training and professional development provided
- ASAP starts - Long term contract - Full Time - No weekends
- Located in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS - Unqualified Teaching Assistant
- Must hold a degree from a reputable University
- You must have a clear passion for education, while showing a hunger to learn
- Supports pupils with a range of complex additional needs
- Previous experience supporting children and young people with SEN is highly desirable.
- A genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with additional needs.
- A patient, nurturing and empathetic approach.
- Flexible, initiative-driven and responsive to individual needs.
