Cast UK is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for a busy distribution site in Theale. You will run the 2pm–10pm shift, lead a team of pickers and packers, and ensure orders go out accurately and on time while seeking smarter ways to operate.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will drive performance, manage KPIs, and maintain safe, tidy working conditions on a daily basis. The role includes forklift and pallet truck usage and a strong emphasis on team development.
