An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Employment Lawyer (3-5 Years PQE) to join a highly regarded and expanding employment law team based in Marlow. This role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for businesses and employers across a variety of sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment solicitor looking to develop their career within a collaborative and high-performing team recognised for delivering strategic, commercial and pragmatic legal advice.
The Role
You will advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
- Employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Disciplinary and grievance matters
- Redundancies and restructures
- Settlement agreements
- TUPE and business transfers
- Employment Tribunal claims
- Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing matters
- Senior executive exits
- HR and employee relations issues
- Corporate support and transactional employment matters (desirable but not essential)
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload whilst working closely with experienced employment specialists on complex matters.

You will join a close-knit and supportive group of lawyers who work collaboratively and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of client service.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 3-5 years PQE in Employment Law
- Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and case law
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills
- Strong drafting, communication and negotiation abilities
- Transactional employment experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
