Jobs4 is working with a Lincolnshire-based business to appoint a Commercial Solicitor / Legal Counsel. The role is in-house, for a solicitor with 2–4 years' PQE, focusing on commercial contracts and licensing, with exposure to IP and technology matters.
You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on IP/licensing issues, support regulatory matters, and work closely with the GC and senior stakeholders to manage commercial risk in a growing business.
