As a People Operations Partner in Leeds within the Media & Agency industry, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of HR operations. This role ensures the smooth delivery of HR processes, policies and systems to help the organisation run efficiently.

Description
- Manage HR processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all operations.
- Support employee life cycle activities, including on boarding and off boarding.
- Maintain and update HR systems and records accurately.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Assist with employee relations matters and support resolution processes.
- Collaborate on HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics and data.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support requests.
Profile
A successful People Operations Partner should have:
- Experience in HR operations or a related role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and records.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
- CIPD Level 3+
Job Offer
- Salary Β£35,000.
