- Assist with the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.

- Support performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Work collaboratively with managers to address team and individual employee needs.

Profile
A successful People Operations Partner should have:
- Previous experience in a human resources or people operations role within the media and agency industry.
- A strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
