Job Description

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Mayfair, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their close-knit, six-person generalist HR team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR administrator to get stuck into a varied, recruitment-heavy role, supporting hiring activity across both the US and EMEA regions within a friendly and supportive team environment.

The role is starting in November, for an 8-month contract. They offer hybrid working (3 days in office and 2 days wfh) and salary is paying up to Β£45k per annum.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of recruitment coordination across the US and EMEA, including organising interview schedules across several diaries and time zones
  • Help deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new starters, from arranging induction sessions to putting together tailored induction plans
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure assessment forms are completed and returned on time
  • Pitch in with general HR administrative tasks to support senior members of the People function
  • Assist the broader HR team with everyday administrative needs as they arise
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Global Head of Talent and other senior stakeholders, building strong working relationships

What we're looking for

  • A junior HR administrator or coordinator who brings genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to help with any task, big or small
  • Prior experience as a PA managing multiple diaries across different time zones would be a real advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and work to tight deadlines
  • A warm, team-oriented personality
  • Confidence in communicating with and supporting senior stakeholders
