RSPB South Stack Nature Reserve in Holyhead seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the on-site café operation. You will oversee staff and volunteers, drive revenues, ensure top-quality guest experiences and uphold strict food hygiene and safety standards.
With 37.5 hours per week, you’ll manage budgets, supplier relationships and collaborate with the wider reserve team on events and visitor services. Prior F&B management and Level 3 Food Hygiene are essential.
